The seller sells touristic services such as: tours, activities, rentals and transfer to the customers. These Terms of Business shall apply for the use of Discover Šolta website and any other written communication between seller and customer.
If nothing else is written , all product prices are including the legal VAT in Croatia and expressed in Kunas (Kn)
Booking of the services offered can be made in written comunication between seller and the customer or , using booking engine powered by Rezgo.com on our site www.discoversolta.com. The customer accepts Terms of Business of the Seller with paying sellected services. The obligation of the seller to execute the service strats after heaving received the payment from the customer.
The seller accepts the following methods of payment: online payments, wired payments, Pay Pal, credit cards and cash.
Online payment on our website www.discoversolta.com is powered by Rezgo (www.rezgo.com) . Payment Gateway used for collecting credit cards online is Wirecard AG- Germany (www.wirecard.com) . We do not collect or store any credit cards informations. Credit Cards accepted online are: VISA, Mastercard and Maestro.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
5. Cancellation policy
The customer has the wright to cancel the booking, but the following rules apply: For cancellation made up to 10 days before the the tour starts, cancellation fee is 10% of the booking price. For cancellation made up to 2 days before the tour starts cancellation fee is 20% of the booking price. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no shows. Re-booking is accepted.
6. Processing and using your data
Pursuant to Article 10. of the Law on Consumer Protection (Narodne novine No. 41/14), customer can make a complaint regarding the quality of our services.It must be submitted in writing to:

Customer will receive a response in writing within 15 days of receipt of the complaint. Required information: name and surname of the customer, the exact address for submission of responses.
8. Place of the realization of services, jurisdiction of Court
Split is acknowledged as the place of realization of services and settling judicial disputes. The law of the Republic of Croatia is in force apart from purchase-sale contracts in international law.
